As weekends go...

This was a good'un. Friday night I had an incredible night watching Paramore in one of the suites at the Manchester Arena. I've watched them on a standing ticket there a few years ago, which as a shortsperson wasn't the best experience; it's never worth getting a standing ticket at 5"2 because there's always a taller person's head perfectly aligned with your view of the stage. Or worse, someone who wants to hold their phone up and film the entire thing so you end up with a better view of the show on their screen than with your eyes - I might as well have stayed at home and just waited for you to upload it to YouTube. Oh God, I'm officially old!

When Paramore performed 'Still into you' it got me thinking about a frame I've got ready to go up in our living room, but can't decide what to put in it. Here's some of the ideas I've been playing around with.

Saturday was all about the chill. I stayed in my PJs all day playing on the Switch and watching TV & YouTube. I loved Mr. Kate's latest video of their Living Room make over.
I've been searching everywhere for some trays like the ones Kate got for their coffee table and UK retail is really letting me down. I might have to take advantage of international shipping from Target. I also need one of those agate slices in my life, so damn pretty.
After the YouTube binge I enjoyed a nice relaxing afternoon bath and then got myself ready to head out to the cinema for some girly time watching The Greatest Showman.
Absolutely loved it! And the naughty tray of nachos I demolished during.
Eased my way into Sunday with a couple of catch-ups and cuppas, then I had to go and do the food shop for the week. I can't be trusted; I always get carried away in Lidl to the point where the one bag I took in with me almost rips my shoulder off on the way back to the car. Picked up a cute little book of sticky notes that will come in handy for my bullet journal.

So after a good weekend I then went and started this week off terribly by going into work an hour and a half early.
